![]() ![]() He’s referring to Android 8, but it’d be funny if he was talking about Sergeant Metallic, who Goku already destroyed two episodes back. He explains that he’s heard of a terrible monster in Muscle Tower, a creature so dangerous that no single boy could possibly survive it. Suno tells him about Goku and his plan to rescue the Mayor from Muscle Tower, and her dad is horrified. Instead they blew their biggest advantage on this Split Image nonsense.īack at Suno’s house, her dad comes home after a hard day of being forced to look for the Dragon Ball by the Red Ribbon Army. Why were the other four just hiding while their older brother was getting his ass handed to him? Are they all Master Sergeants in the Red Ribbon Army? Or does the Army not know about this? They only have one house on the fourth floor, so where do the other four live? Why didn’t two or three of them hang back and try to shoot Goku while he was fighting the other three? They could have been sniping at him the whole time without ever revealing themselves. There were FIVE Murasaki brothers the entire time. Really, this just shows how ridiculous these guys are. In a matter of minutes, the first Murasaki is on his own again. Instead of wondering which one he should fight, he now realizes he’s just fighting five opponents, and he changes his tactics accordingly. ![]() But once Goku knows this, the whole thing falls apart. Murasaki has four brothers, and they’re quintuplets. They’re all real, because there is no Split Image Technique. ![]() But then Murasaki stupidly explains the trick. He tries to figure out which one is the real one among the illusions, except that all five attack him, even using different weapons.įor a while, Goku is finally on the defensive, since he can’t risk committing to an attack on any one Murasaki for fear that the real one might get the drop on him. There’s a whole light show to accompany this, and when he’s finished, Goku sees five Murasaki’s all coming after him. Dumbfounded, Murasaki uses his greatest trick: the Split Image Technique. Metallic, makes it to the fourth floor, follows me to the stream, and he doesn’t believe that my piranhas are dangerous.”Īnyway, none of this matters, since Goku just jumps across the stream. I want to hide it in the bushes next to the stream. Then at some point, he requisition another fish, a big one, and White asks him “Well, what’s that one for? The stream isn’t big enough for a fish that size, and the piranha would kill it anyway.”Īnd Murasaki’s like, “No, I don’t want it live, sir. He wants piranha in the stream? No problem. He wants an old-school Japanese outhouse? There’s indoor plumbing in the barracks, but you do you, Murasaki. #Murasaki dokkan freeWhite seemed to hold him in high regard, judging by the beginning of the previous episode, so I can understand why he’d give Murasaki free reign over how the floor should be designed. Okay, so how did this all come about? They were building Muscle Tower, and General White assigned Murasaki to guard the fourth floor. When Goku doesn’t believe that a fish could eat a person in seconds, Murasaki grabs a fish from a nearby bush and drops in in the stream to demonstrate. He dares Goku to follow him across, noting that the stream is stocked with piranha fish, only Goku doesn’t know what that is. I think that idea got debunked on Mythbusters, but it doesn’t really matter, since it doesn’t help Murasaki anyway. Goku chases Murasaki around for a while, and this gives him a chance to use even more goofy ninja tricks, like those things they wear to let them walk across water. Last time, it seemed like Murasaki got the drop on Goku, but the little twerp is really durable, so what should have been a fatal injury only made him mad. ![]()
